Tsereteli Museum

It's fair to say that Zurab Tsereteli isn't the most popular man in the world. His garish, larger than life, sculptures have been the subject of rants from art critics the world over - and Muscovites are no exception. His vast statue paying tribute to Peter the Great is debated not least because the old king hated Moscow! But if you are one of the few that can't get enough of the Georgian maestro then this museum will certainly satiate your appetite. There's more giant sculptures and garish paintings than one man should be able to produce in a lifetime - and the geezer's still going! According to the ultra-kitsch video biography, he's so busy that he rarely has time to play with his pussy. Don't say we didn't warn you...

Tsereteli Museum

"I visited the museum in summer '07 - and was astounded at the frolific amount and style of his work. Definitely in the very large scale but allows the viewer to change perspective on life being miniscule in comparison to the scale of the works."
