Le Club

Arguably Moscow's most famous jazz venue, Le Club is an essential calling point for lovers of jazz, blues and funk. Since 1998 Le Club has enjoyed an enviable reputation for bringing the finest acts to Russia, and Kenny Garrett, Billy Cobham and Ravy Coltrane are just a few of the big names that have razzle-dazzled the crowd here. A suitably swanky Manhattan vibe is created by some exposed brickwork, soft lighting and well-dressed tables, whilst expertedly mixed drinks and a comprehensive food menu serve to compliment the music. Turn up on a Monday night to see the club's prestigious patron, Igor Butman, sax up the stage.

Top marks all round - a super spot for Jazz.

It's been a while since i visited Le Club, but if it's still the same as when I was last in Moscow then I can say for sure this is the real deal. Fantastic live jazz and a really nice atmosphere in which to enjoy it
