If you're going to do a themed restaurant do it properly. Just because your chef undercooks steaks, it doesn't make your restaurant French. Thank God for the Taras Bulba management, who don't stop at serving up great Ukrainian cuisine, but have gone the whole hog and forced their staff to wear faintly-ridiculous traditional folk costumes - purely for their customers' selfish entertainment. It goes without saying that this sort of behaviour is to be thoroughly encouraged, and indeed we urge all fellow diners, the next time they go for curry, to insist on full Bollywood-attire and Bhangra for all!
