In the latest development of the Litvinenko case, Boris Berezovsky has gone on record as saying that he is ready to co-operate with Russian investigators.

Berezovsky won political asylum in Britain in 2003, and now lives in Mayfair London. An enormously wealthy businessman, Berezovsky was a close friend of Litvinenko and also an outspoken critic of the Kremlin. However he recently stated that we would be willing to be interviewed by Russian police if it would help in the investigation of Litvinenko's murder - despite the fact that he is deeply distrusting of the Kremlin's motives.

He stated two conditions that would have to happen for any interview to take place - the the Russian investigators be searched for weapons and poison, and that he would not be made to sign a confidentiality paper regarding the meeting.
