Maniche to stay in Moscow?
It seems no one is quite certain as to whether Nuno Maniche, the Portuguese International Midfielder who won the Champions League with Porto two seasons ago, is staying at Dynamo Moscow or not.
The 27-year-old signed for the Russians in May for a cool 16 million euros, but seems to be experiencing a few problems settling in to life in the capital.
"I am not well, nor is my family. I don't like the country, I don't like the championship and I don't like the weather," he said tactfully to the media.
Meanwhile Dynamo's director, Yuri Zavarzin, attempted to play down any talk of a move.
"Maniche has a five-year contract, therefore he is still a Dynamo player. I haven't heard anything from the player himself, that he is not happy or he doesn't like playing for us. Probably it was the media's fault. They could have misunderstood him or made a wrong translation."
Arsenal and Manchester United are rumoured to be interested.
